New Orleans Brunch
Sunday, April 24, 2005, saw some 27 Emmaus members gather at Miolene's after the liturgy to socialize at a New Orleans style brunch. Following a warm up on Mimosas the Emmaus Social Committee treated us to Eggs Sardon (poached eggs on spinach and artichoke hearts with Bernaise sauce) with bacon. This was followed by Bananas Foster, the tastiest use to which bananas have ever been put.
